    No message or email to be warned that package was being delivered (05/07/2017) so missed out. Did the SWMY re arrange delivery for the 06/07/2017 (today). Still no updates of when my parcel is coming, even requested to be sent an SMS or email of daily updates, but still nothing!! Saying its coming today @ 23:59, that's 11:59 at night, which has to be completely wrong!!!! Terribly dissapointed in this POOR SERVICE!!!

    Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Brad - supervisor was extremely rude on the call. Can't believe customers are treated this way even after paying for the service. Sadly can't rate less than 1 star. I would give 0.
