  Such horrible customer service. Worst experience I have ever had in dealings with transport companies. Never expect a return phone call when you leave a message. I had to chase and chase for a quote for transport. And when I finally paid a deposit I had to chase for a invoice. We unfortunately had to cancel due to personal circumstances and then when I asked for the deposit back they refused to refund it even though it never said deposits are non refundable on the quote or invoice and I was never told this policy. Totally disgusting! I will never be recommending this company and I will be taking this further.

  Don't call after 5:00pm on a Friday to expect to get a bus shuttle to the airport on the Monday, and don't bother sending a message via text as the message telling you to do asks, as it won't be responded to. Seems Peter and his coaches don't offer services for persons who arrive in Toowoomba after 5:00pm on a Friday or choose to fly at short notice and want a lift to the Wellcamp airport. Pretty poor service for a business offering services to the one airport in Toowoomba. So it's a $55 cab fare for me in future as I'd rather know I'll get there.
